Spacious, comfortable south facing villa with its own private floodlit pool (9m. X 4m.). Panoramic views down the valley over Javea golf course to the sea in the distance, to the village of Benitachell with its floodlit church and to the Montgo Mountain. Quietly situated on a large private plot on a select development. About forty five minutes drive from the airport at Alicante, a little more from Valencia.
One double bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite shower room and double doors to the pool terrace, one twin-bedded room with en-suite shower room and another twin-bedded room. Bathroom with separate shower cubicle. Linen is included but towels for use at the beach and pool will be required. Change of linen after one week. Welcome pack provided
Well-equipped kitchen including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, hob and microwave with grill etc. Light and spacious lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV, Spanish terrestrial TV, DVD and CD player/stereo. Double doors to covered terrace.
Covered and open terrace with patio table and chairs and large pool terrace with sun beds. Built-in Barbeque. Pool with steps built in to the Roman end and a dolphin design on the bottom.
Close to Javea Golf Club and Benitachell Bowls Club. Approximately 30 minutes drive to Terra Mitica theme park, Terra Natura wildlife park, Aqualandia water park and Mundomar/Sea World. Safari Park about 20 minutes away. Only 8 to 10 minutes drive from many beaches and restaurants at Javea and Moraira. One restaurant within walking distance and others nearby.
A car is highly recommended and ample off-road parking is provided.
