Our two lovely villas are situated on a small, select development near Benitachell which is halfway between Moraira and Javea (Xabia), very convenient for Javea golf course.

The villas are each on sites of just under a quarter of an acre and are south facing with far-reaching views.

Each villa has its own private floodlit pool (9m. x 4m.) and its own built-in barbeque. The plots are walled and gated to ensure the safety of young children.

They offer the peace and tranquility of the countryside set among the vineyards but are only 5 to 10 minutes drive from many beaches, restaurants and the supermarkets of Javea, Moraira and Benitachell.
There is one restaurant within easy walking distance and others nearby.

The villas are ideal for both family and golfing holidays and are only about 150 metres apart so are ideal for two families who want to holiday together without living on top of each other.
